How long does it take to receive my order?

Right now, I usually need 5–7 days to process your order. Once it’s on its way, shipping typically takes 3–5 days. I’ll make sure your nails arrive as quickly as possible!

Do you accept custom nail orders?

Yes, I do! I offer custom and freestyle nail sets. To start your order, please send me your nail inspo(s) via Instagram DM or email at nailsbyvic03@gmail.com I can’t wait to create your perfect set!

How can I find what nail size fits best?

Please refer to my size guide on how to find your perfect size. A sizing kit is not required but highly recommended. please be mindful that there are no refunds for correct sizes.

Can I return my set?

Since every set is custom-made and created just for you, returns are not accepted. Thank you so much for your understanding!

My package is lost or delayed—what should I do?
Once a package is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier, so I can’t control every delivery issue. Things like an incorrect address, missing apartment numbers, gate codes, or returned packages can cause delays, especially during busy seasons.

If your package seems lost due to USPS, don’t worry—please message me, and I’ll do everything I can to help resolve it!
